Camp Latgawa
Our gathering will be near Ashland, OR at the beautiful and serene Camp Latgawa and Retreat Center (http://latgawa.gocamping.org/). The site is an hour NE of Ashland, OR and is accessible via Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport (18 miles from). It is approximately 3 hours north of Redding, California. You get there by traveling either 30 miles from I-5 northeast of Medford. All roads are paved and in good condition.
Camp Latgawa is in a beautiful, wooded area of the Rogue National Forest. Two gentle flowing creeks and towering evergreens provide a peaceful setting. Bunk/dormitory style facilities are heated and have restrooms and showers either in the cabin or nearby. They serve home cooked, family-style meals in a cozy dining hall, including homemade breads/desserts and fresh salads. Facilities include:
*Meeting spaces with video equipment
*Basketball, volleyball, ping-pong
*A solar heated pool (summer months only)
*Campfire circle, swings, lawn, play-area
*Hiking, creek swimming, scenic waterfall
